CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULE POLICY

PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING 

  • If at anytime a client needs to reschedule or cancel please do so 48 hrs prior to set appointment.

  • If at anytime a client needs to cancel or reschedule there will be a non-refundable & non-transferable fee due prior to rebooking another appointment.

  • If a client is more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled appointment the appointment will be rescheduled and a fee will be due prior to said reschedule.

  • If a client is a NO CALL/NO SHOW there will be NO NEW APPOINTMENT ALLOWED.
